Michael D’Ambrosio, Sr., President of The Millennia Group, desired to increase TMG’s sales through the channels sales organization. After attending an event entitled “Assessing Your Sales Organization”, delivered by Bob Junke (Adventace) and Steve Lippock (HarvestGold), Mr. D’Ambrosio selected Adventace’s High Performance Channel Management™ program due to its unique ability to meet the needs of his Channel Sales group.

Mr. D’Ambrosio, who attended the workshop, said: “I believe we needed this education and I believe we now have a great foundation from which to build our (channel) sales organization.” Other members of TMG’s Channel Sales organization included Jay Stokes, New Business Development. Mr. Stokes said “[The Channel Management program is an] Excellent basis for our sales organization. [We are] a well experienced team that needs the methods, tools.” Dana Merriwether, the Inside Sales Manager added, “Wonderful. This workshop has given me great clarity of what I should do to better understand my customers.

The High Performance Channel Management program was designed to meet the special needs of the B2B Channel Sales Management arena. The program offers channel sales executives, channel sales managers and channel sellers themselves a sales and sales management methodology which improves need development, buyer qualification, pipeline management and forecasting accuracy through skill development, tools, and best practice metrics to ensure measurable performance change occurs.

After completion of the initial workshop, HarvestGold provided additional services to assist in the implementation of the High Performance Channel Management program into SalesForce.com so that the sales systems in use by the organization now support the processes and methodologies taught during the Workshop.
