Jim Suszka

Jim Suszka brings 20 years of enterprise software sales and management experience to Adventace, including six years in executive management at Métier Management Systems as Director of North America.

Suszka's expertise in restructuring organizations, developing effective processes, building successful teams, and driving software and services revenue have brought him success in his past roles. In the early 1990s, he founded XPM Partners, a software reseller company providing project and cost management software. XPM Partners grew revenue in excess of 100 percent per year and created a business foundation with clients like FedEx, United, UTC, Sate of California, and HP. In 1995, he founded MPP Inc. a software company providing enterprise resource, project, and time management. The MPP software was ultimately sold to elabor.com after a successful start-up that included large sales to Astra Merck, GM, EDS, and Galileo Int. In 1998 he joined the executive team of WhiteCross Systems Inc. a start-up funded by Warburg Pincus Ventures. WhiteCross outsourced business intelligence and data mining services to the e-markets.

Jim is also a Partner with EBA, Inc.; a company that helps selling organizations better align with buyers through a methodology called Economic Business Alignment.

Jim has a bachelor of business studies degree in marketing and management from Bowling Green State University and an MBA in business economics from Denver University. He lives in downtown Chicago, IL with his wife and three children.
