Geoff
Reason
VP EMEA
Geoff started
his own business development consultancy in 1995 and joined Bob Junke to
deliver highly relevant sales development projects around the world. From
the beginning, Geoff’s objective was to make sales development interventions
make tangible difference to the top-line performance of participants and the
organization as a whole.
In his employed experience he too frequently observed development activities
that were initiated, created a great deal of excitement, and ended with no
lasting impact on bottom-line business results. His vision therefore has
always been to make a difference by helping clients ‘Create the High
Performance Environment’ through high quality and pragmatic development
projects.
His employment career has given him experience in a variety of business
environments from telecommunications to Information Technology. Prior to
joining Adventace, he was employed with the multinational software house
Logica where he held a variety of roles, culminating in a 2 year placement
as their International Training and Development Director. In that role he
took responsibility for Logica’s sales development projects and worked
extensively with Bob to introduce a structured sales methodology into
Logica’s global operations.
Geoff was also the main architect of Logica’s all inclusive competency
framework and related management development programs.
Since 1995 he has built upon this foundation. He specializes in many aspects
of business development by leveraging his extensive experience in sales
process design, sales skills development and sales management.
As a sales development associate, Geoff has delivered over 100 workshops in
various locations including the UK, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway,
Sweden, Germany, Poland, Holland, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia,
South Africa and extensively across the US. His clients have included
SolidWorks, CTG, ISS, SunGard, Microsoft, IBM, and Logica.
Geoff earned a BA Degree in Economics from Exeter and a Masters degree in
Organizational Behavior from University of London. He is a certified Myers
Briggs and SDI Practitioner. |
